Simply apply the strips once a day for 14 consecutive days once you have brushed your teeth and wait for a minimum of 30 minutes up to 60 minutes before removing.

Directions for use:

  • Brush your teeth for two minutes. ideally using the Icy Bear Diamond Dust Whitening Toothpaste

Fabulous products!! I have been using the Icy bear diamond dust toothpaste for just under a year and would not use anything else. It is the best in the market and I get comments on how nice n white my teeth are. How are the Icy Bear Whitening strips different to others on the market?

Icy Bear Dental Whitening Strips are formulated by Dentists, so you can trust they are entirely safe and effective.

Will the Icy Bear Whitening strips whiten my teeth?
Studies have shown if used as instructed our Icy Bear Whitening Strips will whiten the teeth up to 6 shades whiter. Each application builds on the previous one; for best results, use the Whitening Strips once a day for 14 consecutive days. You can continue to use after 14 if desired to enhance and maintain results for longer.
How long will the results last?

The results should last up to 6 months but this does depend on your diet and smoking status. It is advisable to reduce your intake of black tea, coffee, red wine if possible, during the whitening duration and if you want more lasting results.

Will the strips whiten my existing crowns, veneers or bridges?

Only natural tooth enamel will whiten, so existing porcelain work including porcelain veneers, crowns or bridges will not change shade.

Will the strips work if I have composite bonding or composite veneers?

Composite is a porous material and will pick up staining over time. The strips will 'refreshen' and brighten the appearance of composite by removing the top layer of surface staining. The base shade of your composites however will not change.

I have fillings in my front teeth will these whiten?

Only natural tooth enamel will whiten, any existing dental restorations will not change shade.

I have gum problems / gum disease can I use these strips?

It is not advisable to use the strips if you have active gum disease.

What age are these recommended to be used from?

The strips are recommended to be used from 16 years and over.

Are the Icy Bear Whitening strips safe to use whilst pregnant or breastfeeding

The strips are not recommended to be used whilst pregnant or breastfeeding.
