How To Use:
Step 1. For best results, start by brushing your teeth with the Icy Bear Sonic Whitening Toothbrush and Diamond Whitening Toothpaste to help remove plaque build-up.
Step 2. Attach the LED light to the mouth tray. Twist the nozzle off your syringe and apply gel to the top and bottom sides of the mouth tray.
Step 3. Place the tray in the mouth, press the button to activate the light and whiten for 20-30 minutes.
Spit and rinse after use and repeat the next day.
Each Top-up pack contains x2 5ml gel syringes. We recommend using just over a quarter of the syringe per application. If you are looking to enhance your results from your first treatment, you may wish to use this consecutively over 5 to 6 days, or to simply work to maintain the results already achieved you can use once weekly.
Maintaining Teeth Whitening
To help maintain results, it is always a good idea to consider in-between treatment top ups. Some may find their teeth stay white for 6 months, whilst others may last for up to 2 years. Topping up your teeth whitening regularly and using safe and effective maintenance products, such as the Icy Bear Diamond Dust Toothpaste, (which works by inhibiting and preventing stains) will help increase the longevity of those pearly whites. Just think of it like your after-sun lotion after a long day at the beach!
Lifestyle Habits
Ultimately, the biggest cause of discolouration overtime will result from your lifestyle habits. Smoking or chewing tobacco, red wine, coffee and tomato-based sauces and curries over a period of time, will reduce how long your teeth stay white. These are considered to be ‘high-staining’ products, similarly, specific medications can also impact the colour of your teeth. Practise makes perfect and by making small adaptations over a substantial period of time, this will transform and upgrade your overall oral health routine.

We have also included added ingredients of calcium and soothing Vitamin E, alongside Aloe Vera to really enhance your at home experience.
There is also a natural mint flavour used in the formula, this is not overpowering but more of a masking agent as the PAP has quite a strong flavour, so you know it really is getting to work!
